If you’re placing samples in freezers with multiple shelves or storage units with racks and boxes, Achiever’s multi-layered storage management functionality enables you to define storage locations from 2 levels to a maximum of 8 levels. Sophisticated search functionality facilitates the ability to quickly find appropriate, available storage for the required sample type(s).

Advanced profiling and integration options enable environment information to be captured and analysed against each storage location; highlighting any non-compliant environmental conditions, such as temperatures exceeding the maximum permitted for the storage location.

Storage Location Set Up Wizard 

The Quick Sample Storage Set Up wizard reduces unnecessary administration time by facilitating storage location creation.  Simply enter the number of levels, the storage definitions and capacity and the system automatically creates the required number of storage places.

Reserving Places

When multiple samples need to be stored together or a sample must be stored in a specific storage location authorised users can reserve single or multiple storage places for later use.  Reserved places no longer required can be released to allow storage by other users.

Graphical Storage Management View

Quickly identify available, reserved and booked places within each storage sub location via the graphical storage location view.  Drill down available on a place to view the sample details held within the selected storage place.
